5PM5:15PM15Footwork Warm-Up3 each ghost reps: wide stance, rocker, rocker replace, create space backhand, create space forehand, smoked ball both ways. On the run, bring the ball.
5:15PM5:30PM15Buckets With a ThrowSame progression as above: rocker, rocker replace, create space backhand, create space forehand, smoked ball both ways. Add in rocker backhand, rocker forehand, lateral moves left and right. On the run.

Wednesday Org Practice — situational defense

Warm the feet and hands up through the bucket progression, then straight into the situational blocks: 1/3 plays (plays 4-7), the colored bunt-defense coverages, and catcher throw-downs with game-speed tags. Finish with everyone on live outfield reads.
